While reading the cancellation policy pease understand that these policies are in order to schedule clients in a timely manner, as well as providing the ability to maintain a full book. These policies are not meant to punish or inconvenience, it’s simply in place to protect all concerned. 

Cancellations

I have reserved time especially for you. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule, I require a 24 hour notice, this will allow me time to fill the open slot. If less than 24 hours is given, I reserve the right to charge 50% of the full service. 

Late for Appointments

Being more than 5 minutes late for your appointment will result in a canceled appointment and 50% of the appointment will be charged. Please remember to communicate if you are going to be late. 

No Shows

If you do not call and simply do not show up for your scheduled appointment you will be charged for 100% of the service. 

Gift Cards

If you are a no show or more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled treatment using a gift card, the gift card will be considered redeemed.
